Crumbed Camembert wrapped in smoked salmaon and served with pesto and a wild mushroom sauce

King Tiger Prawns tossed in a creamy garlic sauce and served with saffron and leek mash

Crumbed chicken breast stuffed with a herb ricotta paste, served with celeriac fondou and a cream balsamic reduction sauce

 Confit Duck leg served with a red win poached pear, porcini mushroom mash and finished with a wild berry jus

Delicious German Style Turkey Goulash served with braised cabbage and a potato dumpling
