Crumbed chicken breast stuffed with a herb ricotta paste, served with celeriac fondou and a cream balsamic reduction sauce Confit Duck leg served with a red win poached pear, porcini mushroom mash and finished with a wild berry jus Delicious German Style Turkey Goulash served with braised cabbage and a potato dumpling

Chef’s finest cheese selection Vanilla Crème Brule served with Homemade Raspberry financiers and a mixed berry sauce Vanilla Crepe’s filled with warm mixed berries and accompanied by a warm chocolate sauce
