Camembert wrapped in smoked salmon crumbed and oven baked, served with a green salad and a gourmet mushroom sauce
Char grilled chicken breast stuffed with camembert and spinach accompanied by fennel mash, glazed parsnips and a shallot infused jus
Pan fried Salmon fillet wrapped in black forrest ham served on creamed saffron and leek mash, asparagus and finished with a star anise butter sauce
Pan grilled Lamb rack served with sautéed kipfler potatoes, oved dried roma tomatoes and topped with garlic tiger prawns Delicious lemon Brule served with Grand Marnier berry shooters
