Avocado bruschetta topped with a mix of avocado red onion, basil, fresh tomato and fetta

Pan Seared Scallops on a salad of sweet potato, avocado and fresh tomato with a minted yoghurt dressing

Crayfish Cocktail – Fresh Crayfish meat, mushrooms and lettuce served in a refreshing creamy sauce

 

Camembert wrapped in smoked salmon crumbed and oven baked, served with a green salad and a gourmet mushroom sauce
 

Main

 

Char grilled chicken breast stuffed with camembert and spinach accompanied by fennel mash, glazed parsnips and a shallot infused jus

 

Pan fried Salmon fillet wrapped in black forrest ham served on creamed saffron and leek mash, asparagus and finished with a star anise butter sauce

 

Pan grilled Lamb rack served with sautéed kipfler potatoes, oved dried roma tomatoes and topped with garlic tiger prawns
 

Dessert

Delicious lemon Brule served with Grand Marnier berry shooters

 

Vanilla Crepes served warm filled with a wild berry mix, crème anglaise and chocolate ice cream
