As well as there being the fantastic German cuisine there is also the rest of Europe to try here too. This is where Tobias and his brother Sebastian Sindermann come in. Being brothers, and the sons of the owner we deliver a service like no other. We must ensure that everything is perfect and that your food is great. It is our business. Toby has been in the trade for nearly 15 years, starting his cooking career in the grand hotel in Germany. From there he moved with his parents to Australia and continued his apprentice ship at Miss Maud's in the City. When he completed his apprentice ship he moved the the 5 star resort hotel Burswood, where he worked under well known executive chefs Hans Lang and Marianna Kemp. Toby stayed there for 4 years until he moved on. Since then he has always been searching for a way to become self employed and no longer work for others. Sebastian Sindermann has been only in the trade for 4 years. Seb started his apprentice ship at Friends Restaurant in the Hyatt centre under Head chef Stuart Bell. He gained a good knowledge of fine food and good service in a beautiful set up restaurant. After his first year he moved on to the Duxton Hotel working under Executive chef Denis Boulet. The Duxton Hotel is one of the best 5 Star hotels in Perth with a larger chain of hotels all over the world. " Being in a 5 star hotel you learn so many different aspects of hospitality, there is no better training". After 2 and a half years Seb now has started at Beethoven's to extend his learning. |
